General
❥ You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.
❥ I retain the right to reject any order for any reason.
❥ I only accept a limited number of slots at a time.
Payment
❥ Prices are in USD and payments are to be made through PayPal.
❥ Generally, payment will be made after the sketch.
❥ Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.
Revision
❥ Big changes are only allowed during the sketch phase (change the clothing or pose). Once I have begun lineart, only small revisions are allowed.
Communication
❥ I accept commissions based on my preferences and what I am comfortable working with (not FCFS - first come first serve).
❥ I will constantly update you on the process of your commission through Discord (@cosyreii) after I have accepted your commission!
Copyright / Usage
❥ The commissioned piece may be used for personal reasons, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.
❥ Please always credit me as the creator.
✖ DO NOT sell or profit from my work (via merch, resale, or redistribution) unless commercial price has been paid.
✖ DO NOT modify or claim the work as your own.
✖ Under no circumstances do I allow my work to be used / turned into an NFT or to be used for AI in ANY WAY. You will be instantly blacklisted.
Refunds
❥ I can guarantee a refund ONLY BEFORE I begin working. After I begin work, refunds are not guaranteed.
❥ Refunds may not be requested after approval of the sketch.
❥ Partial refunds are guaranteed if I am personally unable to finish the commission.
❥ Partial refunds will be offered upon me taking too long with the commission. (~6 months)
❥ Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a block and your loss of any copyright over my work.
Final
❥ I retain the right to post the finished work on my SNS accounts (X and Instagram)
❥ Whether I can stream the process or post WIPs is your decision. This does not impose an extra fee. (NDA)
❥ After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further. I may use your piece as a sample for my commission site (if no NDA).
Commercial Use (Tiers)
What counts as commercial use?
Commercial use means that the customer will be profiting off of my work - such as promotional material, merch, game assets, etc.

Priority / Rush Commission
Have a deadline on the artwork you need to meet?
Under certain (special) circumstances Reii will allow priority commissions. Due to a mess up on her schedule and skipping queue, you are to compensate Reii more to fit you onto the front of the list.
